CULTURAL EVENTS

During the year, the Alliance Française de Toledo organizes different Cultural Events that give you an opportunity to learn more about French culture, French traditions and more importantly to give you the chance to speak French or just to enjoy yourself and have fun! tour_eiffel_feux_d_artifice.jpg

Guest speakers are invited to speak and lead discussions at various times throughout the year on different topics that relate to the French culture.

Well-traveled members will share their experience during our Travelogue sessions.

Every year on or about the 14th of July, we celebrate Bastille Day. This French national holiday celebrates the storming of the Bastille prison, which took place in 1789 and marked the beginning of the French Revolution. This is a great opportunity for all members to meet and socialize.

Check our News section for more details, or the online registration events section. Sometimes there is a nominal fee for members and guests.

All year we also offer regularly scheduled events that provide you with another chance to learn and speak. Check our event page for details.

For other regional events, check out the events at the Alliance Française de Détroit in Bloomfield Hills.
